The Charlotte Observer interviewed me recently for my observations regarding controversy over Amendment One, which is part of the presidential primaries in North Carolina.

I told the Observer, “Clearly, companies need to carefully think through the short, medium and long-term consequences of their social and political policies.

If a company is not determined to ride out the criticism … it’s best to lay low and pass on taking a stand.”
